Your booking has been confirmed with Flat Pack Professionals. We have listed all the details you’ll need to know below regarding your booking.

Now your booking is confirmed, all you need to do now is sit back & relax. Let us take care of the rest. Your booking details are located on the confirmation email we sent you. If you have any questions regarding your booking, please get in contact with us.

Things To Know…

Arrival Time
We are extremely punctual with our timings; we aim to be with you within a 30 minute window of your booking time. Unfortunately, we aren’t in control of certain things like traffic or jobs over running for different reasons. We will always keep you updated with our ETA but please consider that traveling in London & around certain motorways can take a lot longer than anticipated due to heavy traffic. We can only apologies for being late if & when it happens.

We are one of the only companies that don’t take an upfront payment for bookings. All payments are settled once the job is complete and you’re satisfied with our work. We accept Cash or Bank Transfer Payments. Payments must be made before we leave your premises.

Attaching To The Wall
Safety is our number one priority, once we assemble your flat packs we always test the item to see if it is at risk of falling over. We always recommend attaching items to the wall but we ask for your permission first. If you do not want an item attached to the wall for whatever reason, please note that you’re responsible for the item if anything was to happen. Attaching items to the wall is included in our service so there are no extra fees.

We treat your home with nothing but respect, after we have completed the work we tidy up all of the mess we have made and package all the left over packaging neatly. Please note that we do not dispose of your packaging, we are happy to take it outside for you and leave it in your bins or garage etc. But we do not take any packaging or items away with us.
Have your Flat Packs been delivered yet?
If you’re waiting for delivery of your items, could you please drop us a confirmation email or text when they have arrived please. If they are delayed for whatever reason, you can cancel your booking with us. Just simply contact us to do so.

Finding parking can be difficult for us, in some cases the lack of parking has stopped us from carrying out a job. If possible, can you please provide us with either a permit or a space for us to park while we carry out the work. On arrival we are happy to find parking ourselves, but if you have parking facilities let us know so we can add it to your notes.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel… We understand, there are many reasons why you may need to cancel. We just ask you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the assembly date. Cancellations work both ways. Unfortunately, in rare cases we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If it is the case that we need to reschedule, you will receive a 10% as an apology from us.
